  • All AI processing is performed on our own infrastructure
  • We do not share candidate data with third-party AI providers
  • AI results are support tools and do not replace human judgment
  • Users can request deletion of processed data at any time

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): Hosting and processing infrastructure
  • Vercel: Website hosting (terna.cc)
  • Cloudflare: Spam protection (Turnstile)

These providers process data exclusively according to our instructions and under data protection agreements.

  • Candidate data: Users can configure custom retention periods and delete data at any time
  • Contact form data: Retained for a maximum of 12 months
  • Waitlist data: Retained until the onboarding process is complete or the user requests deletion
  • Usage data: Retained in anonymized form for a maximum of 24 months
